Is it real—or just a temporary post-sauna glow? ✨

Saunas have been used for centuries, and today research suggests they may support circulation, relaxation, and even aspects of skin-barrier function. But at Aqua Marine Wellness & Spa in Redland Bay, we also see something else: guests often feel lighter, look brighter, and that “glow” seems to last well beyond the heat.

So what’s really happening?
Check out the blog for the full breakdown.
