I’m rather behind on my posts and whereabouts! Before sharing my European adventures, I want to share my last week in Chicago and how freaking amazing it was!!

Funny enough, I spent a few of those last 10 days in Milwaukee and Detroit!

Milwaukee for Phillies game on Labor Day weekend! Fun times!

Brandi Carlile concert at Ravinia (beautiful outdoor space). She was amazing!

Serendipitously and really quite incredibly, I happened to be passing by a music venue in Evanston and decided to check who was playing…unbelievably it was my friends from Todos Santos, MEXICO…The Cordovas!!! 😳 They are one of the local bands there every winter and I’ve seen them dozens of times and have hung out with them…and they’re freaking playing right here in an hour!?!?!!! 🤯✨So I saw them perform. Awesome!

Enjoyed some downtown life with my girl Sonal! Had another serendipitous encounter with an old client from Washington state! What is happening?! 😊

Had to drive to Detroit (5 hours one way!) to get my damn passport in order to travel in 3 days! Made the most of it and saw my good friend, Jenny! 🤷‍♀️

Participated in a group meditation on the beach. 🧘‍♀️

All in all, it was a great summer in a city that will always be my home in some way. I’m so grateful for the amazing people in my life who hosted me, and who I got to spend such quality time with. 🩷🙏🏻🩷

I’m very proud of myself too because I went alcohol free the entire summer!! It was a self-imposed break and it turned out to be just what I needed. So cleansing and healing. Cheers!! 😉😘
