POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

A few days ago, I heard that Dragan @dragan1947 passed away. 🥲

I first met him just before the pandemic in 2020 at the outdoor workout gym at Bondi Beach. I went back again in 2023 and 2024, and every visit was filled with training alongside him and taking pole classes in Sydney.

He absolutely loved my feet hangs. 🤣 Every time we met, he wanted to film one. In 2023, he managed to do a one-leg hang, and he was so incredibly happy! He inspired so many people with his determination and joy.

So here are a few clips of us together. Yep... pretty much all we did was work out together. A lot of laughs and hugs!! ❤️

I'll miss you, Dragan. Rest in peace. ❤️ I know you're doing endless pull-ups in heaven now. One day, we'll do them together again.

To a mentor, a role model, and an absolute legend—rest in peace, Mr. Dragan. I am so grateful for the moments we shared chatting here. Your words were always filled with genuine kindness and a humbleness that inspired me just as much as your dedication to movement. You proved that age is just a number and that a strong body means nothing without a kind heart. Miss you already. 🙌✨

Today we had a Bondi Send Off/attempt to lure Dragan back?

What a turnout. I know there are many more who would have loved to come if they could have. If you didn’t see Dima’s announcement about the gathering please do some 30 seconds down/up squats in his memory. Dragan would have liked that 💛

One of the greatest pains of having many wonderful friends is losing them. Whilst we never know when or how -it is however certain that we will eventually all go. That is ultimately one of the things that makes life so special. That it is finite. I will treasure these moments and tell as many people as I can about my amazing friend 🕊️

Most men don’t slow down because of age…
they slow down because they’ve decided to.

And once you believe that story,
you start living like it’s true.

Change the standard.
Everything else follows.

DM “START” if you’re ready.

Water your discipline.
Water your health.
Water your craft.

That’s where confidence comes from, and where freedom lives.

Most people are watching, a few are building.

What are you watering right now?
