I’m 59 and I’ve Never Felt Better. Here’s What I Do, and What the Science Actually Says
I’m 59 years old. I’m as strong as I’ve ever been, as fast as I’ve ever been, and I have as much energy as I’ve ever had. No aches, no pains. I feel vibrant, with a libido and drive like my younger years.
Here’s what I do:
Sleep enough
Eat well
Lift weights five days a week
Do cardio three to four days a week
Never drink and never smoked
I also use testosterone and a handful of peptides: KLOW, MOTS-c, SS-31, DSIP, and retatrutide

My body loves me for how I treat it. I’m not saying that makes me special, just different.
The research idea Training, sleep, nutrition, and hormones all affect how we age. Some of the compounds I use are being studied for energy metabolism, mitochondrial function, sleep, and body composition.
Strongest evidence so far
Resistance training, cardio, sleep, nutrition, and avoiding alcohol and tobacco have broad, well-established support for healthy aging
Testosterone is a prescription therapy with established medical uses and monitoring requirements

More experimental
MOTS-c and SS-31: early-stage research, with much of the data from lab and animal studies
DSIP: limited and mixed human evidence
Retatrutide: investigational, still in clinical trials
KLOW blends: little formal evidence as a combination
