This might be the last time you hear this 🎶intro🎶 —and i know this is just my phone audio but even that sounds so much cleaner in the booth. Right? I need to do some sound comparisons… would anyone want to hear that?

*New name - Same game* This is the first video I’m posting with my new social media handle of #danieljordanvo figured it was more clear. #voiceactor #voiceactorforhire #voiceactorslife

This was one of those as a “content creator” where I was second guessing myself and letting the imposter syndrome get in the way of actually putting this video together. I was also tired after working a bunch.
.
You can see a moment where i really start to wonder if people even care about this... but i pushed through and made the thing anyways.
.
Im actually kinda happy with how it turned out.
.

EDUCATIONAL POST!

Dragon Tri-Blast Extreme Bass Absorbtion setup for those with extremely LOUD output especially with neighbors complaining.

The Dragons Head cube controls the 3 points of rejection where wall meets wall meets ceiling surrounded by two horizontal and one vertical bass trap with fins to trap all ranges of sound so they don’t glide across the hard surfaces.

Always always ALWAYS treat your corners first since that’s where most the ricocheting amplifying sound comes from in room. Sound rises…

For each corner we suggest:

1) One 12”x12”x12” Dragons Head Cube

2) Three 12”x12”x24” Bass Traps

Can you see what I’m talking about? Or does this not make any sense?
.
This rambling mess is what I’ve been doing almost every day to my partner. So I’II take your feedback instead for now to give her a bit of a break.

This is a closet conversion to a voice over recording room for our actor client. The room had a coat rack and shelf which we removed. The walls were not flat so we had to place some products that didn’t match the edges which is where you see the outlines.

The full conversion took 4 hours with matching sizes of acoustic sound treatment to walls and even ceilings! (Sorry didn’t show that part).

Here’s what we used:

CLOSET CONVERSION TO ISO ROOM

Products used:

1) Corner Blocks - 2”x2”x24”

2) Eggcrate - 72”x80”x2.5”

3) Triangle Wedge - 24”x48”x2”

4) Pyramid Triangle Wedges - 12”x12”x2”
