This past weekend left my heart overflowing in the deepest, most grounding way. On Saturday, I had the honor of speaking on a panel at @filamcreatorcon alongside so many brilliant, talented creators—diving into our shared experiences and exploring how the work we do is actively healing generational trauma. On Sunday, we held our second sold-out Introduction to Filipino Psychology and Hilot workshop at @solpath_wellness. Opening the circle alongside my best friend was pure magic. She called in our ancestors and gave thanks to Mama Earth, setting the sacred space we needed while I drummed. I loved guiding our attendees on an ancestral journey, and the connections forged through shared tears and deep laughter are forever woven into my spirit as core memories. This work, for our people, for our lineage, for our community, is everything. 🇵🇭

My cup is full. ❤️ Wednesday was one of those days that reminded me how powerful it is to be surrounded by people who are committed to making a difference. #community I had the opportunity to attend an inspiring panel discussion featuring local business leaders who are leading and serving with purpose. It reinforced that when we lead with intention and focus on serving others, we create a greater impact in our communities. The evening was even more special because it was also my final gathering of the BBB Breakthrough Accelerator Cohort #3 journey.  Over the past 3 months, I've had the amazing privilege of learning alongside an incredible group of business owners from diverse industries and backgrounds. Through this experience, I've gained valuable insights, fresh perspectives, meaningful friendships, and the beginnings of some exciting collaborations. As a coach, I often talk about the importance of growth, connection, and community. This cohort was a beautiful example of all three. 🫶 To my fellow cohort friends, thank you for sharing your experiences, your challenges, your wins, and your wisdom. I'm so grateful for the relationships we've built and I'm excited to see where our journeys take us next. A huge thank you to the Better Business Bureau team, the speakers, mentors, and everyone who helped make this experience so impactful. This chapter may be coming to an end, but I know many of these connections are just getting started. 💙

I'm thrilled to be part of @migenteca Block Party this summer in City Heights, in partnership with @sdparksandrec and @seaneloriverad9! ☀️   Come see us on May 16 from 12–5PM at Teralta Park for a full day of community, creativity, and culture! I will be offering mini tarot reading and energy healings, flower essences, herbal teas, and clearing sprays at my vendor booth! Explore dozens of local artists and vendors, grab a bite from a variety of food trucks, enjoy live music from talented local musicians, catch performances by amazing creatives, and get hands-on with art activities. There’s a fun zone for the kids, plus plenty of entertainment for the whole family! Mi Gente CA’s Block Party series was designed as an intentional space for underrepresented artists to share their talents, while creating a place for everyone to come together and celebrate creativity and community. We can’t wait to share our work and connect with all of you! Bring a blanket or some chairs, soak up the sunshine, and stop by to see what we’ve got and support local creatives. The event is family-friendly and open to the public, with a suggested donation of $5–10 to help sustain inclusive programming for Black and Brown creatives. Beloved community, I just created this free resource on my YouTube channel: EFT for Polyamory/Non-Monogamy EFT is a healing modality that helps to down-regulate the nervous system and shift internal narratives during moments of trigger or emotional overwhelm. It works by tapping on acupressure points while reading affirmational statements. Please feel free to share this resource with your friends, lovers, and community. I'll also be vending at Southwest Love Fest this weekend. I am offering tarot readings, energy healings, herbal teas, flower essences, and clearing sprays. Stop by my booth or just say hi if you see me during the conference! The link to the EFT practice and my YouTube channel can be found in my bio. 💗♾️
