I manifested Finn. That is not Finn. It only took 14 years but it happened at the right time. #huskylove

Kabouters we see on our walks. (aka gnomes). For years after my parents lived in Holland we called them gabouters. With the magic of the inter web I just discovered they are in fact kabouters. Interesting fact (via the inter web): they are given a pointy hat at birth that they wear life long as it protects them from falling objects in the forest. They are kind, sensitive and vegetarian.

As we flash back to everything than came and went this February, we are reminded that #loverules, that @ctvottawamorninglive visits can make waking up at 5:30am fun, that despite an epic snowstorm our clients still show up with bells on, that you can never have too many Beyoncé themed rides, that our new teachers breath inspiration into our community, that @erinmcbenton's trivia nights are legit (save the next date for March 27!) and that #30daychallenge anticipation hype is a real thing! Here's to thriving all month long 🥂

They walked, they ran, they squatted... they found our new studio location!
🏃‍♀️
When over 70 people registered for our scavenger hunt to the new studio we were overwhelmed and just thrilled. And then it thunderstormed all afternoon... ⛈️
Not only did the sun come out, but more than the 70 showed and shared in our excitement for our new location at 117 Glebe Avenue!
😄
Our community continues to blow us away with their dedication to their practice, to each other and to us. Thank you to each and every one of YOU. Let's do this!
