Im getting an opportunity to finally show Dwelling in LA @waterandpower_life for the WuWei show Saturday June 27. Been waiting for the moment to collab with my uncle who is based in China @li_daiguo . He’a my biggest inspo for pursuing art since i started in 2018 and im so excited we finally get to collab. Thank you @vora______ for making this happen 🌟🌟

Dwelling will be able to be a music hall for one night -> shanshui becoming space, like a Yang form for us to participate in as Yin. Ink floating in space aware of itself like trees able to hear themselves and rocks desiring their own vibration… 🗣️🦅🦅 🌱✨🌳

【This performance became such a profoundly personal spiritual experience as a first gen displaced–uprooted from lineage.
I grew up with so much shame of being Asian–shaped by white imagination. **Racial self-hatred is seeing yourself the way whites see you**
Then through the shifting cultural politics, feelings transformed into shame in cultural illiteracy–in not being asian enough after rejecting myself for so long. Feeling unworthy of claiming this diluted asian-ness.
This felt like a reclamation as I became a conduit of ancestral longing. A gentle exorcism that created space for the warrior spirits to convene within me.

I am still a descendant of those who had no time to recover.
So proud of the representation today⛩️

Soul of innovation thrives in cross cultural inspiration ☄️】

Thank you @dragonwuofficial for meticulously crafting this ancient future for us to deepen self-discovery in ur power n self-knowing. For being a life line to past lives.

Ashes and Breath: A Rite of Impermanence
Live at Zigzag Plaza, Bombay Beach, March 28, 2026
A live performance unfolding through voice, acoustic instruments, and electronic systems within a shared field of sound and presence. Rooted in the ancient and extended through real-time interaction, the work approaches impermanence not as a concept, but as a condition to be experienced.
Sound accumulates, dissolves, and reforms—moving through tension, rupture, and collapse, without seeking resolution.
Here, “The Last Judgement” is not an end, but a state of being: a continuous reckoning within change, where meaning is neither given nor resolved, but felt, questioned, and carried forward.
