Mr. Multitasker…

This month, London starts a new swim program 5–6 days a week, alongside another football season.

He’s had a great off-season — physical upgrades and life-skill level-ups. Now we get to see how it transfers. #D1Training #ExplorePage #YouthAthlete #AthleteLife

The real question: can the rest of us keep up? 😂

Is your household fit enough for fall?

There’s only so much we can tell you about a @travelandtrain__ retreat. Sometimes, it’s better to hear it from someone who’s actually experienced it. 🤍

We’re officially in the final stretch for Crete, Greece 🇬🇷 October 14–20.

6 nights built around movement, nourishment, restoration, adventure, and connection. A chance to step away from constant output, make time for yourself, and rebuild the capacity to return to your life with more energy.

Only 1 single occupancy residence remains, with a few shared occupancy residences still available on our private estate.

If you’ve been craving the space to prioritize yourself, reset your routines, and fill your own cup for a change, this is your invitation.

Comment or DM “CRETE” for details or to book a discovery call.

So many people tagged me in this trend… so here we go 🤭🙃

Things I think are actually worth the money…

1. Body work — massages, myofascial release, dry needling, cupping. Take care of the body you live in. I will always spend money on keeping my body feeling good and moving well.

2. A GOOD pillow — you spend a third of your life sleeping. Enough said. Invest in your sleep.

3. A @hatchforsleep alarm clock — waking up without immediately reaching for your phone 🤌 One of those little things that makes a big difference in my routine.

4. A comprehensive blood panel from @function — having actual data to better understand your body > guessing. I want to know what’s going on internally so I can make informed decisions about my health.

5. Therapy — because your mental health deserves an investment too.

6. A premium gym membership — I’ll die on this hill: luxury gyms can absolutely be worth it if you know how to mingle and network. I’ve made some of the most AMAZING connections there. You’re not just paying for the equipment — you’re paying for the environment, community, amenities + the people you meet.

7. YOUR TEETH. Being decked out head-to-toe in designer but you haven’t been to the dentist in two years is INSANE behavior. 😭 The bag can wait. Book the cleaning. If you hate the dentist, let me introduce you to @gelinasdentalstudio — designed for people who hate going to the dentist, and the whole experience feels completely different.

8. Organic, nutrient-dense food — What you put into your body every single day matters. Quality food >

9. Contrasting — sauna + cold plunge will save you every single time. (Ladies stay away during your cycle)

10. Walking shoes + Training shoes are different incase no one told you. (If you can insoles changed my life)

11. WHOOP or Oura Ring — data is power. I love being able to better understand my own metrics and patterns — sleep, recovery, stress, habits — and then actually apply changes based on what my body is telling me.

Also tagging some of my favorite spots, people & businesses I personally go to and love along the way because I’m not gatekeeping the good stuff 🤭🤍

Thank you to @thetorontostar for highlighting @drandreagelinas’s ideas in the “If I Were Mayor” series!

Our Studio deeply believes in preventative medicine, and keeping gums healthy is a huge part of maintaining not only good oral health, but your body’s overall health too.

This concept is health-conscious, yet it also reflects the approach we should be taking when it comes to healthcare and budget.

Connection is one of the pillars of travel&TRAIN.

We believe some of the most meaningful transformations don’t happen during the workout.

They happen over breakfast after a sunrise walk.

During conversations between classes.

While sharing meals with people who were strangers just days before.

At Seasonal Shift, we watched that happen in real time.

It’s the same feeling we’ll continue creating in Crete this October.

Because wellness isn’t something we build alone.

It’s something we build together. 💙 Ready to experience it for yourself? 🇬🇷 Crete | October 14–20, 2026

Many studies have been released linking oral bacteria to other health issues ranging from breast cancer to IBS. @drandreagelinas shares more — and also emphasizes why regular cleanings are an integral part of an effective dental care routine.
