What would a @cocacola @cocacola_india commercial look like in 1970s Mumbai? I wanted to capture the warmth, the vintage aesthetic, and the classic nostalgia of that era using the new @googlegeminiindia Omni Flash 1.1.

This is a compilation of several variations I generated, each exploring different lighting, pacing, and visual artifacts to recreate the perfect retro vibe. It is fascinating to see how the model interprets.

I initially conceptualized the two characters: the woman and the guy on the Royal Enfield using @midjourney v8.2. Once I had the base visual references, I used Gemini Omni Flash 1.1 to animate, synthesize, and generate these cinematic variations.

If you look closely at the background signage and the typography, you will spot several text glitches and hallucinations. The model still struggles with localized spatial constraints and consistent text rendering when processing complex backgrounds.

Instead of cutting those out, I left them in this compilation. They serve as a great timestamp of exactly where generative AI capabilities sit right now.

My Initial Experiments with the new @googlegemini Omni Flash by @googledeepmind

It's crazy, it understands the spatial world and the elements part of it. I have shared my original video of Atal Bridge at the Riverfront and see how seamless the things change in it. I have added rain, snow, Aliens, flying cars and also tried different camera angles. There were some glitches and artifacts, which I am sure is going to improve going forward. The most interesting part was to see the people in the footage adapting to the change of the scene as it was already like that. 😄😄
