What fires me up? What keeps me going? What makes me love what I do?

Patients telling me that they now smile with their teeth. Patients telling me they can chew without pain. Patients telling me they finally like the way they look in pictures.

Those are things that some of us might take for granted. But for so many people, smiling with their mouth closed is their reality. Hating the way they look is normal. That breaks my heart.

I’m trying to change that. I want to give YOU the ability the feel confident when you walk into every room. I want you to feel like YOU — the best YOU, you can be.

Historically, cosmetic dentistry was incredibly expensive. Porcelain veneers are out of reach for so many people. @sprintray ‘s invention of the MIDAS printer and beautiful printed materials have made beautiful dentistry accessible to more people. Bravo, SprintRay 👏🫶

15th marathon. 4th World Major. 3rd marathon this year. 🏅🇺🇸

I went into Chicago with one goal: finish. And finish I did. 🥹

And somehow, it was the perfect race.

Despite the heat. Despite being undertrained. Despite everything this past year has thrown at me.

My body showed up for me. My mind was clear. And my heart? My heart is at peace.

There is something so beautiful about realizing that you don’t have to be at your strongest, fastest, or most prepared to experience something incredible. Sometimes just showing up is enough.

I have so many thoughts about this race, this season of life, and everything in between. And I promise I’ll share them.

But for now, I’m trading running shoes for Jane Austen, London streets, and a little divorce vacation. 🇬🇧📚✈️

I love my life. Not because it’s gone according to plan, but because I’m learning just how beautiful it can be when it doesn’t.

Thank you, Jesus. For all of it.

Seeing so many passionate dentists from around the world coming together to share knowledge, exchange ideas, challenge perspectives, and shape the future of our profession was truly inspiring.

One thing became even clearer to me: Investing in knowledge, innovation, and meaningful connections is one of the most valuable investments we can make.

I’m incredibly proud and grateful to be part of the SprintRay Faculty and honored to have shared the stage with brilliant minds and colleagues I truly admire and respect.

Beyond the technology, it’s the people, the passion, and the willingness to keep learning and evolving that make moments like these so special.

A huge thank you to @sprintray for continuously pushing the boundaries of innovation and shaping the future of dentistry!

This weekend brought together some of the brightest minds in dentistry, reinforcing what’s possible when innovation, collaboration, and clinical excellence come together. More importantly, it gave us the confidence to keep pushing forward, challenging conventional workflows, and trailblazing new applications for this technology to help our patients.

Wow!! What an incredible weekend at @sprintray 3DNext. 3D printing is changing dentistry. It is evolving at an exponential rate. I am excited for the new workflows being developed and the new materials that are being released — I think they will continue to improve patient outcomes and allow more patients to receive better quality care. ✨

I was so lucky to reconnect with colleagues that I’ve met over the years and also meet NEW colleagues — who are now my friends 🥰 . That’s the best part of these conferences — I get to meet clinicians who push the limits and that FIRES ME UP 🔥. If you’re the smartest person in the room, it’s time to find a new room — the clinicians I met are so talented, generous, and innovative. Telehealth, peptide, and longevity founders: Utah just let an AI renew prescriptions. Don’t build your model on it yet.
Here’s what actually happened. Utah has a regulatory sandbox that lets the state waive its own licensing laws for a pilot. A company called Doctronic got in.
What it covers:
 → Renewals only → Chronic meds only → No new prescriptions → Physicians review the early renewals before the AI runs on its own

Utah’s own Medical Licensing Board asked the state to shut it down. The state said no.
What that means for you: this is one state, one waiver, one company. It is not the law in your state, and the FDA question is still open.

Build on what’s legal today. Structure it so you can move when the rules change.
