Had an amazing time learning, growing, and improving alongside the Align team! 🙌

One thing I’ve learned is that no matter how far you’ve come, there’s always something to learn from someone who has walked the path before you.

Surround yourself with people who challenge your thinking, share their experiences, and push you to become better.

Seek first to understand, then to be understood.

The moment you think you know it all is the moment you stop growing.

Grateful for the opportunity to keep learning and bringing that knowledge back to my patients. 💪

Two docs hit $50k/month.
One hit $100k/month.

This weekend we handed out trophies at our quarterly mastermind, and I want you to sit with what that actually means.

Nobody in that room got there because of luck, a new tactic, or some secret ad account. They got there because they stopped operating like an associate in their own practice and started running it like the CEO it is.

The ceiling you’re stuck at right now, the one that hasn’t moved in months, is not a lead gen problem. It’s an owner problem. Every one of these winners would tell you the same thing.

$100k/month isn’t a fantasy number. Someone just proved it in front of 100 witnesses.

Want the breakdown of what changed for them? Comment “FREEDOM” and I’ll send you my free training.

I’m forcing my body to grow. Let’s see what happens.

Starting today, I’m taking on a challenge to
Gain 20 lbs of lean muscle in 6 months.

I’ll be following Mass Made Simple by Dan John and documenting everything…
Training, recovery, nutrition, and what actually works.

Because building your body is no different than fixing your spine…
You need a clear plan and consistency.

I know eating more is part of it 😂

I’m sure there’s more I’m not thinking about yet, so
If you’ve done something like this before or have real tips that actually move the needle…

Drop them below 👇

Why am I on a yacht with a bunch of chiropractors?
Honestly, I asked myself the same thing.
It started with adjustments. @drjason was my chiropractor. But from day one we connected differently. He started asking about my business. My numbers. My vision. And after a few months of him quietly planting seeds I jumped in both feet first. Like I always do.
That was 10 months ago.
I had no idea why I was really there yet.
Then a new mentor said something that reframed everything.
“Learn business from people who operate completely outside your industry. That’s where you’ll find what everyone in your lane has missed.”
He told me about a major airline that studied a NASCAR pit crew, not another airline, to completely transform how they operated.
That’s when it clicked.
Chiropractors understand volume. They close care programs. They lead rooms. They diagnose before they prescribe. They build trust at scale.
I tell stories for a living. I connect brands with the people they’re trying to reach. But I was missing the system behind the story.
This group gave me that.
And somewhere in the middle of all of it I realized it was never about being perfect. It was about showing up as my highest and truest self. In business. In life. For my clients.
The room you choose shapes who you become.
I chose this one. 🤩
💬 What room are you walking into next? Drop it below.

Firefighting and strongman makes for a brutal combination if not done properly. Come with me to see how I use @drbrianthalhamer to stay healthy enough to do both.

Your spine, muscles, and nervous system learn through repetition. If you stop the process too soon, your body never truly adapts.

Healing takes time, effort, and consistency; that is how we create lasting change, not quick fixes.

At The Chiropractic Circle, we do not chase temporary relief. We build long term results through structure, education, and accountability.

Check the link in my bio to see if you qualify for an initial visit in the office.

When you sit for 10 hours at @drjason seminar, you need to get your back adjusted. If there are no chiropractic tables around, you improvise. Great low back adjustment by @drbrianthalhamer
