Yesterday I said goodbye to the building I grew up in 💕

So sad that we have to leaving this building, but i’m so excited to see what new opportunities our @dancersdomain family will find for us.

I wanted to share some of my favorite memories from this building, all three rooms, some of my favorite people, and some of my favorite pictures and videos ✨

Competition season is upon us! 🎉

About a month and a half until my first comp and I could not be more excited! This is absolutely my favorite time of year- being on stage, taking classes, learning new tricks, and doing it all with friends!

It's been years since I've seen this sweet family, but I hope to get to see them more often now because they are just too cute to not get photographed yearly! To say this family is smitten with the baby is an understatement. 🥰

✨ INFANT TORTICOLLIS ✨
Infant torticollis (literally translated from Latin = twisted neck) is a very common conditions babies are born with - very often because of baby’s positioning inside the womb or as a result of difficult labour and/or birth.
Depending on the severity of the torticollis, symptoms can range from mild restricted head and neck mobility to feeding issues to colic and reflux and many more.
At Urban Hatch, our midwives will always check our new baby’s neck mobility as part of the newborn baby check. If torticollis is present, we highly recommend clients to take baby to a paediatric osteopath or chiropractic doctor to get checked and treated.
Paediatric osteopathy and chiropractic for torticollis are both very gentle treatments with no downsides whatsoever. In fact, the worst that can happen is that baby feels super relaxed after!
