What an amazing way to end the week at Tran Chiro! A local bartender needed chiropractic care, and we were able to get him in the same day for an exam, X-rays, and a relief treatment. It was his very first chiropractic experience, and I take that seriously! Whether you’re dealing with back pain, neck pain, headaches, or sciatica, our goal is to provide world-class service and personalized chiropractic care right here in North Davenport and Four Corners, Florida. We love helping our community feel better and get back to doing what they love!

Car accident whiplash does not always hurt right away. The pain can show up days later, after the real damage is already done. If you have been in a car accident, even a minor one, do not wait to get your neck checked. Early care is what prevents this from becoming a long term problem. Serving Four Corners and Davenport.

It’s quiet now, what do you say?
My 13 month old’s response:

Also, how do you keep them from eating books?

11 months… oh boy! ❤️🖤

At baby & me, you’re usually the busiest one there…crawling everywhere, standing, squatting for toys. You’ve figured out how to scoot around on your car, and still cruising with your panda walker like you’ve got important places to be. You still stop for the important things though… leaves, twigs, and bubbles. 🫧🍃

You grab our hands to make us clap along with “Open, Shut Them,” “If You’re Happy and You Know It,” and “Bingo.” Counting songs like “5 Little Speckled Frogs” are still favorites too. And whenever Ms. Apple sings “A Little Seed,” you pause everything to watch. 🌱🎶

Bananas, eggs, toddler muffins, and puffs are always a yes. You LOVE taking things out of containers. 📖 Books you ve added to your favorites: Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See?, The Very Hungry Caterpillar, and Never Touch a Monster… especially now that you’ve decided textures should also be tasted 😳

This month you went to your first kids birthday party…Paw Patrol themed. You loved the ball pit, yogurt pouches, jello, and especially the water table.

Watching your joyful, curious personality grow bigger each month so fun. We are so lucky to be your mom and dad. 🧡

I truly am the luckiest girl to have the best mother-in-law. 💕

She’s loved me like her own daughter from the start, with a heart so warm and unconditional. She brightens every room with her beautiful smile. The same smile she passed down to Dave…and clearly to Truman too.

I love you. Thank you for being you. ✨
