THE TRAIN & MAINTAIN RIBBON CUTTING CEREMONYThe Ribbon Cutting ceremony! Thank you everyone who was apart of it and supported Train and Maintain @springfieldbidnj Mayor Laufer, friends, family and clients.

What an incredible moment for Train & Maintain!

Our Ribbon Cutting Ceremony represented so much more than opening the doors to a facility. It represented years of hard work, sacrifice, faith, relationships, perseverance, and a commitment to creating something meaningful for our athletes and community.

I am extremely grateful to every family member, friend, mentor, coach, athlete, parent, community leader, business owner, and supporter who came out to celebrate this milestone with us. If you showed up, shared a post, sent a message, made a connection, gave advice, or simply believed in the vision — THANK YOU. 💙

Train & Maintain was built to be a place where athletes learn the value of discipline, accountability, consistency, confidence, and growth. We want our athletes to become stronger physically, mentally, and personally while understanding that long-term success is built through the habits they develop every day.

This ribbon cutting was the beginning of a new chapter, and I’m incredibly thankful for everyone who helped us get here.

The doors are officially open. Now it’s time to WORK! 💪🏾

Train Smart. Train Fast.

Thank you for believing in Train & Maintain. 💙🙏🏾

All she had was 7 days and a carry on.

In New York dressed in WHITE (w/ accents of brown, beige, black or green) and one day in color. I called my New York In White, THE @thereallraye1 CHALLENGE haha but with a twist. It was fun but I didn’t realize how little of white clothing I had. I also was limited with space using a carry on. So I had to be strategic on my pieces.

Let me know what you think! Let me know how I did. What would you do differently?

NY photo dump post later to follow. 🗽🫶🏾✌🏽

Ti amo amore mio ❤🐶 #rottielove #rottweiler #rottweilerpup #rottweilermom #rottweilerlover #rottiepup #rottie #rottiemom #rotties #instalove #instadog #openmyheart #mylife #lamiafelicità #angel #myangel #dog #dogs #tiamo #iloveyou #like4like #followme #mydog #myrottie #loveislove #grandeamore #ilmiocane #amoilmiocane #birba #family
