Oh, what a night! It was a true honour to receive a Gracie Award from the Alliance for Women in Media for our documentary MY NIGHTMARE STALKER: THE EVA LARUE STORY. Accepting it alongside Eva and Kaya was especially rewarding.

A year and a half ago I got to have the experience of a lifetime and as of February 22, 2026 I got to share that experience with the world. Or at least the internet…
I don’t wanna spoil much but easy to say it changed my life. In a time where I was feeling lost, getting the opportunity to learn my family history gave me a further understanding of myself that I may not have gotten purely on my own.

Tonight’s the premiere of our “Unmasking the Past” episode on the Daytime Emmy-nominated series HOW I GOT HERE on BYUtv.

I had the incredible opportunity to take Lacey back to Japan — my country of origin — for a truly life-changing journey. It gave her the chance to explore her heritage, understand her roots, and discover more about who she truly is.

We learned so much about our family history, our culture, and even ourselves — all before she took the leap to LA to pursue her dreams as an actress.

Grateful for the journey. Grateful for the story. Grateful for family.
