“I Need Care Credit” is out everywhere now. Where do I even begin? I stumbled upon @solidcore during a very dimly lit era of my life. I still remember leaving my first class completely dazed, wondering what kind of war I had just trained for and yet I couldn’t wait to do it again. It wasn’t long before I knew I wanted to become a coach. What followed was easily one of the most challenging and rewarding experiences of my life. I was terrified, pushed FARR outside of my comfort zone, and learned more about myself than I ever expected. So, I’m incredibly excited and beyond proud to finally say that I am officially a [solidcore] coach! 💙 I’m so grateful to have found something that has given me strength not only physically, but mentally. An immense thank you to every friend who showed up for me, and to every coach who believed in me and supported me along the way. The community and friendships I’ve found here mean more to me than I can put into words. A full-circle moment getting to teach where it all started… oh, and Greenpoint too! 🤣💙 Kris Sanchez is on aux. Deep breaths, everyone. Hope to see you divas under the blue lights soon. 💙
