10 years ago a bunch of homies banded together to make our buddy Jon Langston sound as good as humanly possible. One of those songs went GOLD and ur boy got the plaque in the mail yesterday!! labels love to play with my emotions (hence the decade of waiting) but the only reason i ever ended up getting proper credit and this pretty plaque is cuz Jon went to bat so hard for us. big love to Jon and i’m so happy what the last ten years has done for him. What an incredible time that was, i’m having a great time reliving it.

You may now address me as - BIG TIME GOLD COUNTRY PRODUCER SKY ACORD

Had the pleasure of being the audio crew chief/foh tech for @bootsinthepark Albuquerque; New Mexico’s biggest ticketed outdoor show in history (someone correct me if I’m wrong). Got to catch up with a couple old friends and mix a couple openers on this absolutely massive @adamson_systems_engineering rig mostly featuring their “newest” secret item I can’t mention online 🥰🥰🥰. Absolutely rips! Shoutout to the legends at Adamson @ewgrosschris & @bhf1980 for showing myself and our team the way. Additional shoutouts to the rest of our audio team featuring @eaglescoutjon on mons, Jake Newlander (no insta) on patch, and Shane Kelm (secret insta) on delay/utility duty. Hope everyone can catch up on a couple zzzz’s after that one.
