Quick share from last Thursday’s book-event with my co-author @robinavni to help shoppers at @dreesolympia get ready for #mothersday with local flowers + #theflowerfarmerbook 💐👩🏽‍🌾📖
.
Thank you to Ruthann Goularte and the Drees team for a delightful event! We signed lots of books, met so many flower lovers and gardeners, and sent people home happy!
.
A huge special thank you to Gonzalo Ojeda and his son Fernando for delivering just-picked peonies and mixed bouquets, straight from @ojeda_farms (located just 30 minutes away)! You can read more about their family farm and story in #theflowerfarmersbook 🌱
.
Locals can shop their stall each week at the @olympiafarmersmarket

Happy Aloha Friday and Closing Gift Day! There is something so special about closing on a home, but one of my favorite traditions is putting together a few meaningful gifts for my buyers. I hand-selected each item thinking about my buyers and who they are- and I hope I was on the right track. Each piece was chosen with intention, connection, and a little bit of heart.
I also love including some of my own favorite local places, the kinds of shops that make living in the PNW so special. Some goodies came from Ember Goods, which is an amazing stop for all things Pacific Northwest (and yes… the incredible coffee was too good not to include). A few items came from Drees, a longtime favorite of mine where Ruthann has curated one of the most beautiful collections of thoughtful and high-quality goods you won’t find anywhere else. And of course, I couldn’t forget something for the pups from Mud Bay, a place that always makes me think of Ellie and reminds me how special it is to have our furry family members along for the journey.
Home is more than just a place — it’s the life you build inside of it. I’m so grateful I got to be a small part of this new chapter. 🏡✨
