You can finally take a break from the ordinary burrata salad… 🍑🌱This Truffle Burrata Peach Salad is sweet, creamy, peppery, and finished with just the right touch of truffle. It’s nutrient-packed, making it a delicious way to get a variety of whole foods onto your plate.

The star ingredient that brings it all together is @dressitupdressing - Peach Vinaigrette. It’s the perfect pairing, made with clean ingredients that taste great and make you feel good about what you’re eating. The dressing does the hard work, so putting together an impressive salad can be effortless.

TRUFFLE BURRATA PEACH SALAD 🍑
• Tomatoes
• Sliced peaches
• Arugula
• Microgreens
• Truffle burrata
• Chunks of avocado (optional)
• Pine nuts
• Dress It Up Peach Vinaigrette
• Drizzle of truffle oil
• Salt + freshly cracked pepper

Layer the tomatoes, peaches, arugula, and microgreens, then add the truffle burrata. Sprinkle with pine nuts, drizzle generously with the peach vinaigrette, and finish with a touch of truffle oil, salt, and freshly cracked pepper.

SEND this to a friend you want to share it with and SAVE it for your next lunch, dinner, or gathering! 🍑
