You’re spending money promoting your event. But are you making it easy for people to actually book? 🤔

Here’s something every promoter, venue owner, and event producer should try.

Ask someone who knows nothing about your event to purchase a ticket or make a reservation using their phone.

Don’t explain anything. Just watch.

Can they find the event? Is the pricing clear? Do they understand what’s included? Is the booking process simple?

You might be surprised where they get stuck.

After 30+ years in nightlife, one thing I’ve learned is that getting people’s attention is only half the job.

Sometimes you don’t need more advertising. You need to make it easier for people to become customers.

Before spending more money attracting new guests, make sure you’re not losing the ones who are already interested.

💬 When was the last time you tested your own booking process?
