Thank you Triad track and field for everything. Track has taught me so much and forced me to meet so many people. Thank you to all my teammates who provided support and have been a huge part of my life the last two years, track will always be my biggest regret for not starting it sooner and words can’t even describe how it being over makes me feel. Every single day after school without fail I would look forward to getting to go out and run and have fun with my amazing teammates and fantastic coaches who constantly pushed me to be an amazing athlete. Thank you specifically to coach Weiss and coach G who showed so much support and never doubted me, or anybodies abilities and always wanted the best for me and helped me get there. You guys have made a much bigger impact on my life than you would ever believe and you paved a pathway for me to follow to become a better person. Cross Country has shaped me as a person for the past 7 years. I am so grateful for the friendships I have made along the way. I am also thankful for Coach Peal he has not only helped me become a great runner but he has helped me become an even better person. Last but not least I would like to thank all of my teammates that have driven me places, put up with me, and have been there for me through the ups and downs. JOSH CRANFORD SIGNING OUT!!

Cross Country has been a huge part of the life the last 7 years. It’s been there for me through so many ups and downs. I have made so many life long friends through this sport. If I were to go back 7 years I would pick Cross again over and over.
