Entering a new decade of life with the overwhelming feeling of gratitude and excitement for what’s to come 💕 Impossible to summarize 10 years of life in an Instagram post, but I sure tried with these pics

Fulfilled childhood dream of playing college volleyball and then closed that chapter of my athletic career. Earned two degrees and graduated from a residency to now have my ideal career. Met and married the love of my life (@grantvanek). Made it through a global pandemic. Fell back in love with weightlifting. Moved back to California and then to Colorado permanently. Visited countless new places. Made friends who will be with me for the next 5 decades.

And to my family and @misseybibo who have been there for every decade of my life - I love you the most

Aging is a privilege.

This week has been a bit of a blur! Due to some health issues we had a coaching change this weekend, but I’m Proud of these girls for competing at MEQ this weekend! Unfortunately a tie breaker by one set knocked us out of contention for Gold, but we ended the 3 day tournament with a 6-2 record. These girls looked good and im so proud of them. We also had an excellent Coach! We are thankful for her!
