Sophia and John are two of the most genuinely kind and loving people we’ve ever met. Their love for each other is so easy to see, and it extends into the way they care for their friends and family. They have a way of making everyone around them feel welcomed, appreciated, and loved. Some people make a difference simply by being in the room, and these two do exactly that. Their light shines so naturally, and seeing all the love surrounding them on their wedding day was such a beautiful reflection of who they are. Their day was truly perfect, filled with so much joy and the people who mean the most to them. Drew Bledsoe brings a practical perspective on building a second career. His preparation began before his NFL career ended. Building Doubleback, his wine business, meant learning an unfamiliar industry from scratch in his mid-30s. It also meant hiring someone with deeper expertise and giving him real authority. Bledsoe made his winemaker a partner and eventually handed him the CEO role. He takes audiences through the decisions behind that transition: why he started planning while still playing, what becoming a beginner required and why trusting talented people to lead can be so difficult. His experience also addresses a pressing business question: how to grow when the category is shrinking, drawing on sales growth through a contracting wine market.
