Thank you Coach @bennettkj24 and @drewcityhoops for the opportunity to pour into your program over the last few months. It’s been a great experience and I’m very grateful for the opportunity and for moments like this… #believeit #basketball #drewcityhoops #coachLV

2028 guard Kamden Bennett took over in the second half vs Shiloh high school last week @the_u_showcase for Drew Charter @drewcityhoops
•
6’0 guard that lets his play do the talking. Bennet plays both sides of the ball with a level of aggression that keeps Drew in any game

6’8 Drew Charter forward Noah Salee has the tools to provide a program with a large body who can put the ball in the basket and play on both ends in transition 📈

🫁 Breath first, Movement follows 🧘‍♀️

I Spent the morning at Drew Charter School 🏫 coaching the Eagles 🦅 through a yoga & Pilates session built around one idea: let your breath drive every rep, not your momentum. Slow, controlled core holds, deep cat-cow stretches, feet planted, breath leading each stretch instead of bouncing into it. That's the difference between working out and training smart. Control the beats of the momentum every time on the mat and in the game.

Want this energy at your school or team? Message me today and let's bring wellness to your office or your school 💛
