Big things on the horizon for Newport Beach 🧭 🌊 Grateful to have hosted our Mayor and dear friend Joe Stapleton @newportstapleton today to dive deep into the vision, growth, and behind-the-scenes work that keeps our city thriving. From housing to community planning—Newport’s future is being built with intention, integrity, and transparency. Thank you AT @atay_pollyp , my brother @kevion @kaserealestate and to everyone who helped bring today together. The work continues—more to come.

It’s an honor and a privilege to call this man a friend and celebrate his strong leadership of our city into the future. From developing my dream empire in Newport Beach to standing at the Mayor’s event with my business partner @robertpereira81 — surreal doesn’t even begin to cover it. Grateful for the journey, the grind, and the moments that remind me it’s all worth it. Newport Beach is blessed to have @newportstapleton and a force of a team— 👏🏼@atay_pollyp @julesstapes17 @killiancampaigns 🙏🏼🇺🇸Thank you Joe for all you do. #keepnewportnewport #buildingnewport #newportbeach #mayor #skysail

42nd annual Mayor’s Dinner, my 4th 🎯🇺🇸 Being born + raised in Newport I have always been passionate about this city, it’s nostalgia, it’s unique programs (NBJGs!) , the athletics (NHHS water polo;) , school spirit (go Sailors ;) and the highly respected Police, Fire + Lifeguard force that set Newport Beach apart from the nation. It’s funny how little I cared about local gov in NB , until 2020 — when Gov Newscum tried to shut our utopia down and @realwilloneill was our Mayor. Will woke residents up with his daily [detailed AF ] updates and many of us worked closely with him + local gov to stand up, speak up and keep our businesses going — we fought the good fight for the good of our city and lead together. Our little community stood in unity and pushed through what was the most controversial time in our country’s history thanks to a solid lead in council. From that pinnacle year on I have been on the frontlines of every freedom fighting campaign to ensure the best candidates are heard. #nolainoc #nb4nb #keepnewportnewport etc 🗣️🪧🗳️. You can avoid politics, but they won’t avoid you or your business— so get involved, volunteer, advocate change, and support positions you believe in! Thanks to all of you who rally to make a difference. Congrats on your next Mayoral chapter Will— may this one be more enjoyable than the last.😷 Big props to your angel wife and my @kappausc sister Jenny, you are a rock together. S/O to 2x Mayor @kevinmuldoon - you were missed. Congrats @bencarlson_foundation 🗝️ well deserved!! Thank you @noahvonblom @marinvonblom for spicing up council for the better.🧑🏻‍🍳 🔥🥂🇺🇸Rant over. Go Newport. #newportbeach #mayorsdinner #Newps #og #newportstrong

On the record: ✍🏼💭 Quality over Quantity, always. We are a boutique firm, we work with high level people with high level budgets, we keep our portfolio small, because service is BIG. Talking about the quality of our homes and the individuals we build them for never gets old.
Thank you @modernhomebuildersmagazine , another one for the books!👏🏼📖
