POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

We’re on our way. New book, new chapter: Larry and I presented “On My Way” for the first time at the Memphis Listening Lab in Memphis, the city where we first met and began this adventure some years ago. So much to say about the book. In due time. For now, keep an eye out for the online link, call your local record store, follow @larryheard4 and @clone.nl , subscribe to Pattern Seeking Brain on Substack, go support to your favorite DJ at the club. Oh, and Buy My Book. Thank you to Jared, Robby, Liv, WYXR, Chad, Kinsley, MLL, Mikey, and Jess for DJing the release party.
S2: convo led by JB, recorded for your future enjoyment.

Very grateful to be a part of such an amazing community. Also very grateful that my dad (@drewjcksn) came to hang out! Very lucky to have the best best sister friends ever @rheannan___ @stephanyymedinaa. Heart is FULL and I am sleepy 😌

I’m grateful to be able to connect with my dad this way. To be able to play together, create together, even minister together is a blessing. It’s a unique experience, it was my norm growing up. I value and cherish it even more today. I Love you dad🫶🏾♥️

Another FAFO in the books. 🔥

Shoutout to the fellas who showed up and got the work done. During Men’s Health Month, it was good to see a group of men investing in themselves, challenging each other, and staying consistent.

We appreciate the grind. We appreciate the effort. Most of all, we appreciate the consistency.

Next up: FAFO AFTER DARK 🌙

Join us Friday, June 19 as we celebrate Juneteenth with a special evening workout featuring DJ @lilcoffdrop

Good music. Good people. Hard work.

Make sure you RSVP and bring a friend.

FAFO Week 3 was different.

We all got gut checked yesterday . We pushed hard, embraced the discomfort, and kept moving when it would’ve been easier to quit. That’s what FAFO is supposed to feel like. 🔥

Yesterday set the tone perfectly for next week’s FAFO AFTER DARK on May 22nd.

A hard workout. Great people. Great energy. Then burgers and beers afterwards at Jack Brown’s Beer & Burger Joint to celebrate surviving the chaos together.

Big shoutout to our first timers Micah and Melvin for stepping in and getting after it with the squad tonight

If you’ve been thinking about coming… this is your sign.💪🏽💚

FAFO FRIDAY was different today.

Partner ladders. Controlled chaos. Every round got heavier. Every round got harder. Nobody coasted.

Shoutout to the first timers Sammy and Tait for showing up and getting straight to work with The Tribe 👏🏾

This isn’t just a workout anymore. It’s an atmosphere.

If you missed this week, don’t make the same mistake twice. Next Friday we run it back. Bring a friend and see what the hype is about.

🚨 Reminder:
FAFO AFTER DARK
May 22nd | 7:00 PM–8:30 PM

Different energy. Different pressure.
