I feel being at the airport about to fly back home and tearing up while writing this is the perfect moment to say goodbye and close an amazing chapter. Thank you University of Oklahoma for the best four years of my life. Coming as an 18 year old from Mexico, not knowing what to expect and how this chapter of my life would be was very scary, but the people and the place that this school brings makes everything easier. I want to thank first my coaches @coachcrowellou @coachbenou @mannyraga for giving me an opportunity to come to this program, and giving me the confidence and support that I could do something special here. Thank you for pushing me to be a better tennis player but also a better person off the court. Thank you for keeping me accountable and teaching me hard lessons when I had to, I’ll always be grateful for that. Next, all my teammates that I had during these four years. I learned a lot from every single one of you guys, but most importantly, thank you for being brothers for me when I need you the most and support me in the good and bad. Even though we didn’t achieve the goals we were pursuing, I leave this place satisfied that I gave everything I had every single day in practice and in matches, I did whatever it took to win for this team and program, and I leave better than I found it. Finally, thank you to all the friendships and relationships that made this chapter so fun and enjoyable. ❤️

Cuando se cierran capítulos, se abren nuevos también, y estoy muy emocionado de empezar con mi sueño, el tenis profesional. Estoy muy feliz de regresar a casa @centrotcp a trabajar, empezar este nuevo capítulo juntos, ver las cosas que podemos lograr y acompañar a mis mejores amigos que ya están por este camino @diegomaranas @lemaitre68 @sandormar32 @pfcesartoscano @tinmaccione 🏠🎾💪

I do not know what will happen in the future, but what I do know is that I will keep giving my best every single day out there to keep reaching my dreams. I will see you all soon on the tennis court. One last time: Thank you OU…Sooner for Life…Boomer Sooner‼️❤️

Year 2 ✅

Este año ha sido extremadamente increíble, no he podido estar rodeado de mejores personas y por las que voy a tener en toda mi vida. Doy gracias una vez más a @ou_mtennis por el camino que estamos construyendo juntos, y sobretodo a mis hermanos, compañeros o familia, hemos tenido un año espectacular donde hemos superado las expectativas y por las que seguiremos luchando más adelante.

He tenido dos increíbles referentes que se gradúan @bruno.nhavene y @luisc_.alvarez, intentaré hacer lo que vosotros me habéis inculcado para un futuro mejor, amigos que se van pero no para siempre. 🫂

Este verano se vienen cositas muy bonitas con la mano de @unitytennis por las que vamos a luchar al máximo y no podría estar más agradecido de estar con ellos. 🙏❤️
