What a great start in Philadelphia for AdapTee Golf! Thank you to everyone who joined us on August 12th at @cobbscreekcampus. A huge shoutout to the @drexeldpt students who were able to join and quickly learn how to caddie for our new AdapTee Golfers! Wouldn't have been the same without you.

We're off to a great start with the help of @helphopeliveorg and @mossmageerehab spreading the good word of AdapTee Golf, and the wonderful staff at Cobbs Creek making sure we had access to everything we needed for a wonderful first event.

We're already planning my return trip for this Fall, and can't wait to see what we can achieve together in the upcoming 2027 season!

Get The Simple Things Right.
Set the Foundation .

Early ACL rehab after meniscus repair = earn every step.
Protected weight-bearing → clean gait → quad, hamstring, and glute activation → restoring motion.

Nothing fancy. Just quality reps, control, and patience.
This is where the foundation is built for everything that comes next.

Trust the process. Stack small wins. 🦵💪

Introducing our the 2026 MTM Educational Calendar

As we’ve grown, traditional shadowing and long internships have become harder to offer without compromising the experience our clients expect. So we built something better.

In 2026, we’re opening our doors to PT students, new grads, and coaches through a series of one-day workshops (just $10) and our 2-day Coaches Summit.

No secrets or gatekeeping. Just real access to how our team thinks, assesses, and makes decisions.

If you want a modern, human-centered, practical approach to rehab and performance…this is your way into the MTM mindset and culture.

Spots will go fast. Full course line-up in the post.

Share this post with a coach or rehab professional that would benefit from learning directly from the More Than Movement team.

Drexel Health showed up strong at the 2025 Philadelphia Heart Walk with:
🔥 3 Teams | 32 Walkers
🔥 $1,011 raised for heart health

This year, our teams were: Drexel Physical Therapy led by Erin Kline, Dragon Hearts in Motion led by Carolynn Rainey, and Drexel Health led by Dr. Annette Gadegbeku.

The Heart Walk, hosted annually by the American Heart Association @american_heart , is a nationwide movement to fight heart disease and stroke—the #1 and #5 causes of death in the U.S. Through fundraising, CPR training, and survivor celebration, it brings communities together to save lives and support groundbreaking research.

Thank you to everyone who stepped up, donated, and made this day unforgettable. @ahapennsylvania

Bringing strength & independence back! 💪🕺 FOX PT student Ariana David from @drexeldpt is keeping therapy fun and functional — challenging her patient to build endurance while walking long distances, all while addressing dynamic balance through cognitive and physical dual tasks that get both the body and mind moving! 🙌

Ariana has been doing an amazing job in her clinical rotation and really clicks with her patients—finding unique ways to engage them during therapy, like with some dance moves to JT’s SexyBack! 🎶

Happy PT Month to all of our PTs, PTAs, and PT students helping patients move, groove, and live stronger every day! 🫶

What an incredible day in the community for incoming Drexel Physical Therapy students! 💙🌱 These new Dragons had the amazing opportunity to connect with our West Philly neighbors through a hands-on community workday.

From harvesting fresh fruits and veggies 🥕🍅 to planting, painting, cleaning, and organizing — they did it all! But the best part? Coming together to support our community and bond with fellow Dragons 🐉💪
