Are we over fillers or are we just over bad fillers?

Filler is a topic that comes with a lot of preconceived ideas and I understand why. But the field has evolved enormously. Today, filler is about so much more than volume, it’s about structure, support, and long-term skin quality. When approached correctly, it’s one of the most powerful tools we have for natural, lasting results.

Switching injectors can happen for many reasons and for some, it can feel like a difficult decision to make.

But before your first appointment with someone new, there are things your new injector needs to know. The products you’ve had, where they were placed, how long ago, all of it matters. The more information you can bring, the better your new injector can understand your face and build the right plan for you.

Votre peau n'a rien à « réparer ».

October 18th is World Menopause Day. It's a chance to talk about something every woman goes through, yet we still don't talk about it enough.

Your skin changed, but your routine didn't keep up? It might not be “just age.”

We still don't talk enough about what menopause does to skin. Swipe through to see what's happening and what can help.

There's nothing to “fix.” Your skin needs someone to understand what changed and give it what it needs now.

What did you notice first? Tell us in the comments. Save this post and send it to a friend who's been wondering.

Connection, education, and the AART of Sculptra®.

We welcomed medical aesthetic experts and healthcare providers from across Canada to the Art Gallery of Ontario for an immersive educational experience centered on the AART and science of Sculptra®.

The evening kicked off with an insightful presentation led by Dr. Kucy Pon (@drkucypon), followed by peer-to-peer discussions where top injectors exchanged techniques, key learnings, and clinical insights—all to elevate the standard of care in regenerative biostimulators offered to Canadian patients.

To wrap up the event, we hosted an intimate dinner in the gallery to honour the incredible experts who educate and advocate for Sculptra® every day—and to celebrate another incredible year of partnership.

Always consult a healthcare practitioner for individualized treatment recommendations and to discuss important safety information and potential risks associated with the use of this product.

When celebrities talk about their treatments, I listen.

Not because of who they are, but because it opens the door to conversations everyone deserves access to. Here’s my honest, professional take on each one.

Great results start long before the treatment.

It starts with the right conversation and that’s exactly what your first appointment with me is about.

Two injectable treatments.

Different mechanisms, different treatment goals and in selected patients, they may complement one another.

Understanding what each treatment is designed to do is the first step in determining the appropriate approach.
