A unique send off for Bryce as he is off to Stanford University tomorrow and we welcome our newest member to the ATP community, Luna Donofrio.

Over the years Bryce has become a leader in our community. You’ll find him utilizing every inch of our facility. Training hard on the floor or on the mound, fueling up and playing chess in our lounge, and likely his favorite spot in the whole facility — the ping pong table. Always with a smile on his face, engaging with members new and seasoned. We couldn’t ask for a better representation of our brand and community.

Bryce is up 28MPH in 5 years now touching 101.7MPH while adding 90lbs to his frame now sitting at 230lb. A perfect example of slow and steady progress from 8th grade through his senior year of high school.

I don’t know much about our newest 8-week old member, but I do know her parents well. They have helped build ATP from its infancy over the last ten years. Brian and Taylor have become elite in each of their fields. They are incredibly hard working and caring, while also not afraid to give a well earned kick in the butt to our athletes when it’s needed.

I wonder who will put on more mass the next 4 years, Bryce or Luna?!

I’ve been using the Wired for Performance quiz with patients for years.

And the most common issue I find?
Dopamine deficiency

Dopamine isn’t just about pleasure or motivation—it drives focus, effort, energy, movement, and recovery.
When it’s low, athletes burn out. Students lose focus. Adults feel flat, fatigued, and overwhelmed.

In the clinic, I see it in so many forms:
– Athletes who can’t push through workouts
– High performers who crash after a few hours of productivity
– Teens with anxiety and apathy who feel “off” but don’t know why
- And pain across the whole body

What’s wild is how often this is dismissed as laziness, depression, or overtraining—when really, it’s brain chemistry calling for help.

The good news?
Dopamine can be restored—naturally, systematically, and without relying on quick fixes. Take the quiz and try putting some of these tips into practice to see how it positively impacts your life.
