おつかれ @tokiofest 🩷💜

One of the best things about art markets is making new friends 🥹 No, this is NOT me glazing anyone, i’m genuinely THAT happy to meet new people. Sometimes i just need to remind myself that i started doing this out of pure passion in the first place. Kinda grateful that even at this age, i still got dreams to chase and shit to make hehe.. so pls forgive me if i look way too excited every time someone talks to me 😂

Finally got the nerve to put my mini zines out there for the first time 😂 and turns out, quite a lot of people were down to trade them too 😭💖 Overall, the whole “Fest Back in Tokio” concept really HIT the mark at this event, especially the stamp rally! Everyone was having a blast, and the tenants were happy too since we got our own gacha pulls 🥳 Hopefully i'll get the chance to join TokioFest again next time!

Huge thanks to everyone who took the time to stop by the Combo Candy booth! Special thanks to my @elitecreativeclub peeps, @kinsphotograph for keeping me company at the booth, and ofc my one and only @roby_the_loser 💖

See you soon~☆🎃

This is an article I wrote for the International Tsumami Zaiku Association (@tsumami_kanzashi_school_online & @knot_japan ), shared via their email newsletter on 03 August 2026.

🌸

Hello!

I am Juveina Sim from Singapore, ITA Certified Teacher 006, also known as Jing静 from Jing Creations Sg.

Previously I have written a post on my first overseas booth Otomuse (IG: @otomuse.id) in Surabaya, Indonesia. Today I would like to share about the works I prepared for the event.

(Pic 1)

I decided I want to make new works for my first overseas booth. Maybe I will be less jaded as time goes by but at present I am still very excited about new experiences.

(Pic 2)

First, I made some Dangiku clips with batik print cotton fabric from Malin Textile (IG: @malintextile ). The material provides a nice balance to the pattern of the print, and I was able to create light casual works. Actually, I gave names to each clip even though eventually I did not manage to fit in the display. Orange is Joy, Blue is Trust, Grey is Wisdom, Pink is Love. This is why I chose the pink clip to bring along to the Meet&Greet and also kept the clip for myself after the event.

(Pic 3, 4, 5, 6)

Next, I made some pastel colour clips in pairs using silk fabric. I want to convey a feeling of innocence and yearnings. Our love for our husbandos is pure because despite everything, we can never meet in reality. Hence, I want to make something sweet and soft for all the big feelings that cannot be put into mere words.

(Pic 7)

Then I made some simple Dan-Ume clips using chirimen fabric. I decided to use bold colours to make interesting contrast works because these clips are meant to be worn singular. I hope to be able to add a touch of flair and dramatics to a whole get-up with just a single clip.

(Pic 8)

I also had to restock some Hanami Dango clips. I worked on them in the hotel room the night before the event. When the hotel staff sent up our Welcome Fruit Platter, we had to clear a space on the TV console for it.

(Pic 9 & 10)

Some of these pieces have already found new homes, and as always I am always glad to share my passion for Tsumami Zaiku with more people through my works.

Thank you!

Otsu Craft Festival Singapore 2026 to us @fuwafuwaparty !

Good to close off our last event in SG this year. Probably we'll be back next year on another event 💕✨️

It's been a great 3 weeks in SG, seeing new and old faces in the crowds has been heartwarming. I hope we'll see each other again soon in another event 🫶

Thank you @dokidokianimemarket for having us!

I had so much fun! Got to meet old and new friends here as well ✨️

I feel so lucky and blessed to be able to meet so many hunters and fellow MH artists even here in SG. I hope one day I can buy all of your merchs (once my IDR currency gets better, if it is possible at all)

But I hope we'll be seeing each other again soon!

@fuwafuwaparty will be back in 2 weeks for @craftfestsg, so dont forget to come by and say hi! This time it will really be the last chance to see us this year 🙈😭

Two artists, one dreamy booth. ✨

@fuwafuwaparty is bringing together the best of both worlds at Craft Festival this year — precision vector art from @dridri.design (featuring that adorable hamster mascot we can't get enough of 🐹) and a rainbow explosion of enamel pins from @kimipingu .

Soft gradients meet bold pops of colour. Digital illustration meets hands-on pin collecting. And yes, they'll both be there, ready to share their magic with you.

Always happy to booth at Cupkets! 🌟
Our second Cupkets was even more fun and crowded than first one. Even though Jakarta was rainy for the past two days, the visitors enthusiasm were still amazing (and it's never gone wrong with Indomie Katsu ehe 🤫) Thanks to all the fellow creators and vendors who stopped by and shared cute freebies, thanks to Cupkets Team for all the hardwork 💕 last but not least, thanks to everyone who always supporting us!

See you next con~☆

Last con of 2025 was I think the most fullfilling for me as it was the very first con that I've boothed in my own hometown.

Also one of the most time I've prepared for anything (and still managed to screw up). however I am super happy how the display turned out!

I see many of you were playing around with my Pokemon Keychains and it was a fun view to see.

I had so many of you coming over to the booth to support and said hi to me! Even meeting new artists alike 🙌✨️

Most cons I won't even have the time to do anything else but I'm glad it was busy and chill at the same time for me to walk around and interact with other artists.

10/10 experience aside from the venue not having enough mobile coverage during the event but 💩 happens and thats fine. See on the next one guys!
