SATURDAY AT 7 FITNESS — EVERYONE IS WELCOME.

Join us this Saturday morning for a special community fitness event at 7 Fitness! We’re offering 3 FREE classes at 7 AM, 8 AM, and 9 AM, open to both members and nonmembers.

We’re bringing the workout and recovery experience together with the LMNT FitTruk on-site, plus Drift Wellness mobile sauna and cold plunge to round out the morning.

Come get a great workout in, connect with the community, and experience everything 7 Fitness has to offer.

🍂🎃 FALL FEST LONG ISLAND 🎃🍂

Thank you @weareliveli for having me! 🤎 I had such a great time attending Fall Fest Long Island as a guest creator and bringing my family along to enjoy the experience!

From amazing food vendors and clothing brands to pumpkin painting, games, raffles, cigars, and even live Tesla painting, there was truly something for everyone! Of course, I had to try some of the food and grab my favorite matcha along the way. 🍵✨

What I loved most about this event was the opportunity to discover so many amazing small businesses, connect with different brands, and see local entrepreneurs come together to share what they do. Events like these create a space for small businesses to gain visibility, connect with new customers, and grow their communities — and I love being able to use my platform to help shine a light on them! 🫶🏼

Thank you again for the invitation and for putting together such a fun experience for the community. My family and I had the best time! 🤎
