It was great meeting entrepreneur Taylor Smith and learning about her company, Auragen. Cleveland Heights born and bred, Taylor is proud of her city and still lives there today. She created Auragen to bring something new to the beverage world: sophisticated, alcohol-free drinks that offer the same sense of celebration and connection as a traditional cocktail. Inspired by her own search for a better alternative, Taylor developed a line of sparkling botanical beverages made with thoughtfully selected ingredients, including herbs and adaptogens, for people who want a flavorful and refreshing option whether they are choosing to drink less alcohol or simply looking for something different.

I took this photo as Taylor recently worked with the talented Chef Gabriella Rosa at the Fidelity Hotel to pair Auragen’s amazing drinks with a creative summer menu. The collaboration was a great example of Cleveland talent coming together to create a memorable experience. Taylor represents the spirit of so many Cleveland entrepreneurs who are building innovative companies while staying connected to the community they love.
