POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Amita Massey, founder of @glowbody.nutrition, knows firsthand how much strength it takes to overcome an eating disorder. Using tools like therapy, self-discovery, community, and a whole lot of motivation, she was able to nurture a healthy relationship with food and exercise—and wants to empower you to do the same!

We were so inspired by Amita’s story, and we can’t wait for you to read all about it in our March issue. ✨ #alivemagazine #choosenatural #healthylife #healthylifestyle #health #healthandwellness #wellness #lifestyle #livewell

High protein low carb no cheese “cheesecake” recipe!

Nutritional information: 7g carbs, 58g protein, 10g fat, and a total of 350 calories!

I don’t like cheesecake, but this cake recipe is amazing, super easy to make, very filling, and has super clean ingredients!

Ingredients for 1 serving:
口 158g Greek yogurt (plain)
口 2 eggs (110g) or for lower fat, use 1 egg and 55g liquid egg whites
口 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract, pistachio extract, or coconut extract (optional)
口 30g @glowbody.nutrition protein powder

How to make:
Preheat the oven to 350F (175C).

In a bowl, add the yogurt and eggs.
Whisk well.

Add the pure vanilla extract and cornstarch. Whisk again until the batter is completely smooth.

Pour it into a lined loaf pan and bake for
25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Let it cool and enjoy! It is sweet from the protein powder, but you can top it with anything you like!

Not only are @glowbody.nutrition chocolate greens a sweet treat, they also give me more brain power to get me through my workday afternoons and help when I’m playing games on the weekends 😆🙌🏻.

These greens are sweetened with stevia and are so smooth when you mix them with water. I like them to help me reach my water goal consumption as well!! They have just a subtle hint of chocolate and don’t taste like you are eating veggies at all! I have fallen in love with greens ♥️.

Part 1 of my Caribbean Celebrity Cruise! We went to San Juan Puerto Rico, St. Maarten, St. Thomas, and Puerto Plata Dominican. Its was amazing!!! I was even able to stay on track with my meals, eating my version of intuitively (following hunger queues, while loosely tracking cals for fun), thanks to @celebritycruises amazing staff and chefs. I brought my @glowbody.nutrition EAAs and Protein Powder, my @reflexcountryhills pre-workout and creatinine, and my @alta_fitfoodies_inc 100ml bottle of pumpkin seed oil to keep my supplements up and my tastebuds dancing 😆🙌🏻♥️.

@endurance8health gave me a killer workout routine to keep my happy and active.

I brought my @cabafashions posing suit to check in (I only did photos and measurements until a week after returning to my normal routine).

@bandagebalms bully stick is amazing as it is the perfect travel size and helped with my joints!

All in all it was an amazing trip even though the travel day to Florida was a nightmare 🤦🏻‍♀️. Our flights were cancelled around midnight, max had to rebook flights a few hours before we left to the airport. I slid into a fence and ripped up the side of my vehicle, our Uber driver fell asleep at the wheel, my luggage was too heavy, and max got pop and Starbucks spilt on him during the flights. We made the most of it after all of these crazy events!

Thankful that @forthron and @marlaforth were able to join us for the first family cruise in years!!
