A few days ago after getting 3 wisdom teeth pulled, my dentist gave me a list of dos and don’ts. At the top: HYDRATE with water + electrolytes. My first thought? Thank God for Hi-Lyte 😂 One less thing to worry about while I recover and ease back into my normal routine.

As always, don’t forget code FLO15 for 15% off 💧

Some habits are for a challenge. Some become part of your life!

Since starting my 2.0 journey, one thing I’ve been very intentional about is building habits I can actually sustain, not for 30 days, not until I hit a certain weight, but hopefully forever. And this little post-workout ritual has become one of my favorites 🧊

Water + creatine + @drinkhilyte Pink Lemonade Electrolyte Powder + LOTS of ice because somehow ice makes everything taste 10x better 😂

After a sweaty workout, this genuinely feels like a treat 🥰

Comment “POWDER” and I’ll send you the link + my discount code if you want to try the @drinkhilyte electrolyte powder too.

Hydration meets gut health.

The secret behind Hi-Lyte’s Electrolytes + Prebiotics? Solnul®.

Solnul® is a clinically studied resistant potato starch prebiotic designed to make it all the way to the large intestine, where it can help feed beneficial gut bacteria. Research on Solnul® has shown increases in beneficial bacteria like Bifidobacteria and Akkermansia with daily use.

And unlike many prebiotic fibers, Solnul® is slow-fermenting, FODMAP Friendly approved, and effective at a low dose - making it an easy addition to your daily routine.

So while you’re replenishing electrolytes, you’re also giving your gut a little something to work with. Electrolytes + Prebiotics = hydration with a gut-health upgrade.

Your favorite flavor is back… with a tropical twist. 🌴🥥

Meet the newest K1000 flavors:
🍉 Tropical Watermelon
🍇 Grape

You loved watermelon, so we brought it back - this time with an island-inspired upgrade. And because one new flavor wasn’t enough, we added a bold new Grape to the lineup.

Same K1000 hydration. Same electrolytes. Two fresh ways to fuel your day.

Which one are you trying first?! #hilyte #hydration #summerhydration #potassium

Most flavored electrolyte powders use stevia to keep the sugar count at zero, and for a lot of my acne-prone clients, that’s a quiet
breakout trigger hiding in a healthy habit.

Hydration isn’t just a wellness buzzword - your skin barrier needs cellular hydration to stay resilient, and electrolytes are what actually get water into your cells instead of straight through you.

Three I actually recommend and use: @livehealthillie Minerals & Chill (monk fruit, not stevia)
@drinkhilyte K1000 Unflavored
@bodybio E-Lyte

Little update! 👀

My code FLO now saves you 15% on Hi-Lyte instead of 10%! 🎉

I originally started using Hi-Lyte because of running, but it’s become part of my everyday routine. Whether I’m heading out for a run, spending the day outside with my kids, or just trying to stay on top of my hydration, it’s something I reach for daily.

When I’m consistent with my hydration, I genuinely feel better. More energy, fewer sluggish days, and overall just more like myself. It’s become one of those simple habits that helps me feel my best. Not just during my runs, but throughout the day.

If you’ve been wanting to try it or you’re running low, now’s a great time 💙

Use code FLO for 15% off. The link is in my bio!
