after a bit of a rough patch last week, i really wanted to get back on the court with fresh energy and a better mindset going into this new training week. it definitely helped to spend more time on the court with the guys before heading to the sidelines for some individual work. it turned out to be quite an exhausting session as my conditioning is still far from 100%. i was already worried about that before practice, so i brought a le melo stick along, which came in handy during the session.

Friseurtermin in NL-Landgraaf um 8.30 Uhr und das verbinde ich ja immer mit Treppentraining. Heut früh habe ich aber echt überlegt, ob ich mir das in dem Wetter antun soll!!
Start um 6.30 Uhr, 11°C Dauerregen (Einlaufen ab Parkplatz 900 m, Auslaufen ebenfalls).
Dieses mal bin ich aber auch immer wieder die Treppe wieder runter, denn im Stockdunkeln außenherum runterzulaufen war mir zu unheimlich. Auf der Treppe kam mir nämlich plötzlich jemand entgegen, schwarz gekleidet, Kapuze ohne Licht, ich habe mich total erschrocken .. 😨
Nach dem 1. x plitschnass bis auf den Schlüppi und oben pfiff es ganz schön.
9x rauf und runter, je 508 Stufen!! Zu mehr hatte ich keine Zeit. Auf den 4,6 km an der Treppe waren es 717 HM, gesamt 6,36 km.

Währenddessen habe ich den Podcast von @paceundprost.podcast von Martin gehört und @runny.mommy war mit Thore da. Es ging um den @heartbeat.ultra ( @fontanherzen_ev. )
