It’s been a week since we ripped up the street with @drinkmuush & @efectivnutri looking fresh in our @newbalancerunning 😎 - But it’s time to do it all again! TONIGHT. THE WHARF. 6:30pm. 5KM. ALL THE SMILES 🧡 (reactive pacing. We run as one)

One small swap that’s become part of my everyday routine 🤍 Meet @drinkmuush — a Lion’s Mane elixir, made with all natural ingredients, added fibre and vitamins A & D. I’ve been loving it cold over ice when I’m on the go, but the elixir is also so good made into a warm drink for those slower moments on the sofa ☕️ Mum life is busy enough, so I’m all for little changes that feel easy to stick to rather than completely overhauling my routine. Use my code HAN25 for 25% off your MUUSH order ✨ #ugc #ugccreator

Sona Retreat 2026 brands we love ✨ This year we were so grateful to collaborate with wonderful, relevant brands for the retreat, providing guests with welcome bags full of goodies to enjoy and use during the weekend. Scroll to the right to see some of the fab brands involved in our Sona Retreat 2026 🇸🇪 MUUSH provided guests with delicious Raspberry and Lychee drinks infused with Lions Mane to help focus ahead of our afternoon barre classes! Guests were welcomed to the retreat with a glass of Odd Bird Rosé, a Swedish wine liberated from alcohol. I chose this wine rather than my usual rosé for dinners as it tasted absolutely delicious. I’m a massive fan and will be ordered this on repeat now I’m home! Leiho gave guests (and us!) super smiley socks to keep our feet cosy at the end of a busy day. They’re not only cute but also socks with a conscience. 5% of every order goes into their “impact fund”, providing skill development and employment opportunities that empower individuals to build brighter futures. They feel good and do good! L:A Bruket gave guests their luxurious hand dream in Grapefruit Leaf. It was such a treat to nourish the hands after a day in the outdoors and it smells DIVINE! LSKD kitted myself and @wellontour in head to toe LSKD for the retreat and we absolutely loved every piece; mixing and matching each day depending on the activities. They also provided guests with fab grippy socks for afternoon barre on the decking. Lucky us! Ancient and Brave gifted Discovery Sets for our guests. I’m a huge fan of this brand and use True Nightcap every evening before bed, with magnesium, zinc and vitamin c to help send me to sleep!

The 2013 California Pro-Am was my first non-UK pro event as I really committed to the pro skiing dream, so it’s always special to come back to. Managed 2nd (for I think the fifth time 😂). Feels like a great result all things considered. Three more tournaments before September ends to finish off the season. Time to get some reps in 💪
