The attitude of a winner is whenever you walk in a room, whatever room you walk in, you want to be the biggest. Now what does that mean? I want to be the biggest in every room. It means that I want to learn what every individual in the room is doing for business.

What markets are you in? Where can you innovate? Where can you make more money? Where can we partner in a different territory, help you scale? That’s how I think when I walk in the room.

I want to know everybody’s job. I want to know what they’re doing, how they’re doing it, where they’re doing it? Can we collaborate? Can we work together? Can I help you level up? Can I bring you to a new market and benefit from it? I’m trying to do deals where we all win.

I want everybody to win at the table. I don’t want to negotiate a deal in my favor. I want to negotiate a deal where we all win because that’s how we do more deals.

That’s how we keep winning. That’s how we say there’s no ceilings to this.
