this limoncello coconut cream soda is giving me europe summer vibes. it’s easy, creamy, and refreshing perfect for those warm days that are sticking around a little longer 😭

ingredients
2 oz limoncello @drinkvigie
1 oz cream of coconut
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
sparkling water

method
add limoncello, cream of coconut, and lemon juice into a shaker.
add ice and shake until creamy and frothy.
pour over ice in a glass and top with sparkling water.
