700 rides on a bike that goes nowhere, yet somehow, it’s taken me further than I ever imagined. 🤍🚲

Through the pain, the tears, the days I didn’t think I had it in me, and the moments I had to remind myself why I started. I’ve learned that sometimes you have to walk through the pain to get to the blessing. God never promised the journey would be easy, but He promised we wouldn’t have to carry it alone.

700 rides later, I’m not just stronger physically; I’m stronger in faith, in mind, and in the woman I’m becoming. Every pedal stroke, every hard day, every breakthrough has been part of His plan. Here’s to the version of me that kept showing up, even when it hurt.

1 year on the podium ✨

I have been thinking about what to write on this post all day but for the first time in a long time I am at a loss for words. My heart is so full of love and gratitude for every single one of our riders. I’ll start by simply saying thank you.

I will never forget last year driving to the studio for my first class on a Monday morning for my 7am ride. I was working the desk before @kennadybreean’s class and I remember being so nervous, going over my playlist over and over and thinking I can only hope to be half the instructor that the other girls were at drip. Who would have known that morning my life would change for the better.

365 classes in 365 days, if you know me I love when numbers just work out like that. I celebrated one year with a Monday double of course and today was everything I could have hoped for and more. The love and support I felt in both my rides is something I will never forget. What was even more special is I had multiple riders in both my classes today that rode in my first class last year.

Every after class sweaty selfie, every friendship, every playlist , every costume, and every ride has led me to this day. My life has changed for the better because of @drip.spinstudio. I walked in last May with @shiannstokes as just another first time rider who would’ve known that first ride would lead to so much more.

Our riders, the heart of the studio, thank you for showing up each day for all of us and for making drip what it is. So thankful to ride with you, to push you, and to help you become the best versions of yourselves each day.

To the other instructors, my girls, it is an honor to work beside each of you every single day. My best friends, i am truly so thankful for your constant support and your friendships.

one of the reasons I absolutely love what I do is because it has never once been about appearance. it has always been about the feeling.

being able to lead a room full of incredible people will never not feel magical. knowing that everyone walked in carrying something different, but that hopefully, I can help them all walk out feeling strong, is my favorite thing.

you don’t have to look a certain way to be strong. you don’t have to be a certain size or have a certain aesthetic to take up space in the room. you are strong, mentally and physically, and you are meant to take up space.

getting to watch people remind each other of that, lift each other up, and celebrate each other is something I’ll never take for granted.

often times, it is so much more than just a workout. it’s about hearing something that you needed to hear, or accomplishing something you never thought you could. it’s about getting stronger, and doing it together 🤍

3️⃣0️⃣0️⃣!!!

Three hundred times I’ve chosen to show up for myself. Not all days were perfect, and some were HARD, but I did it and I’m damn proud. The feeling of accomplishment I get when I hit a new PR for miles in a class or my average power, or how strong I feel after a power class is second to none and makes the hard days worth it.

Yeah, the physical changes have been great, but as my girl Hilary Duff says: stronger, not smaller 💪🏼

Never in a million years did I think I would become obsessed with riding a stationary bike, yet here we are. As a girl who’s never enjoyed any kind of fitness, I have finally found a workout that brings me nothing but pure joy 💗

Drip, you have built such a beautiful, strong community and I am so grateful to be a part of it. Every time I enter the studio, it is filled with nothing short of energy and love. Here’s to 50 rides and MANY MANY more 💗💧🚲
