POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Over 10 years of friendship, dating all the way back to high school. 🥹❤️ Through all the different seasons of life, she’s been one of the few who has genuinely stuck around.

Having her walk through the doors of a business I’ve worked so hard to build, not only to support me but to bring her entire family along is 🥹🥹

There’s something so special about having someone who knew you long before your dreams became reality be there to see them come to life.

Some friendships are truly priceless. Forever grateful.

Thank you love ❤️🫶🏽

300 followers!!! 🥹💃🏽

And yes… I’m celebrating like it’s 300k. 😂😝

Because everybody wants to celebrate the part where they’re “winning,” but nobody really talks about the building phase.

The starting from zero.
The posting when barely anyone is watching.
The figuring-it-out-as-you-go part.

But we’re not skipping over this part. 🤍

Every follower, every share, every like, every person who supports Drip Haus is another little building block toward what we’re creating.

So today, 300 is a BIG deal over here. 🥹

THANK YOU for being here from the beginning!

Little wellness update 💊✨
I found out I’m low in vitamin D, and I’m actually so thankful I checked my levels. I was buying all these different vitamins thinking I needed them all, when really I only needed one!

Also did a mobile service to Drip Haus on the same day 🤍

Life comes in seasons. ☀️⛅️

Some are sunny.
Some are cloudy.
Every season teaches you something.

Right now, I’m enjoying this chapter, taking in all the sunshine I can handle, clocking in miles, building my business, and becoming a healthier version of myself. 🏃🏽‍♂️💪🏽

Because real wealth is more than money.
It’s having the health, energy, and freedom to enjoy everything you’re working so hard to build.

Remember, don’t be upset about the results you didn’t get from the work you didn’t put in. 💯

Keep moving.
Keep growing.
Keep investing in yourself.

Your health will always be one of your greatest assets. 💧

Still taking it all in.. Looking back at these photos, I’m honestly in awe of the love and support we felt at the Drip Haus grand launch. To every single person who showed up, celebrated with us, supported us, encouraged us, and helped make this day so special… THANK YOU

I feel incredibly blessed, grateful, and surrounded by so much love. Def don’t take any of it for granted. My heart is full. 🥹✨

Did not get to take photos with everyone 🥲 but the memory is there forever.

8 miles at 39 today, and it felt amazing. 🏃🏽‍♂️💪🏽

Did I feel like doing it? No.

These past few months have been challenging.

On one hand, you’re building something special. On the other, your health, diet, relationships, social life, and even your rest may take a back seat.

The truth is, there is no perfect balance. Every area of your life requires intention, sacrifice, and dedication.

Sometimes, it takes a community of people going through the same storm to help you keep pushing through the mud. I’m grateful for the ones who continue to show up. Make sure you’re doing the same and leading by example. 🤝🏽

Some things in life must remain non-negotiable:

Staying active is hard.
Being sick is harder.
Taking care of yourself is worth it. 🙏🏽

Keep working on yourself. Keep showing up. Keep being a light in the lives of others, even while fighting your own battles and sacrificing what feels good today for what will serve you tomorrow. 💡

We outside.
