Drip Mode X Little Light Coffee Co Pilates Pop Up!!!

Big thank you to our Middle GA Drip Community for showing up and showing OUT this past Saturday!

I loved sipping lattes, perusing our amazing vendors, and pulsing it out with y’all on a chilly Saturday morning. 🌬️

This is why I teach. I love my community and I LOVE LOVE LOVEEE my students! You guys truly have no idea how much you impact my life each and every day! Here’s to building better, stronger, and happier bodies the Mat Mode way.

And a big thank you for showing our vendors and local small businesses some love. This is truly what fitness and health is about. Bringing community together, building connection, and working towards a healthier lifestyle. See you next time on the mat! #pilates #coffeeshop #wellness #popupevent #pilatesinstructor

We call these assisted push-ups. You’re looking at an instructor who cares! ❤️😂 Shoutout to @liveslowproductions for capturing our very first (and definitely not last) Trap & Pour at @tapandpour 🍺

10 reasons why I love teaching:

1. Speaking life into everyone. Movement is great but what goes on in our heads and the battles that happen when we leave the room are there and real.

2. Seeing the mean mugs. If you’re not mean mugging you’re not working 😂

3. Community. Being in community is so IMPORTANT. When you’re down, there’s people to lift you up. When you’re up, there’s people to get lit for you 🥳

4. Praying. Again, life be life-ing so getting to pray with those that want to stay after class or even by myself in my own time is truly unmatched.

5. Getting hypeeeee. Like let’s go turn up you know what I mean? Let’s have fun.

6. Making the playlist. I want to be a dj when I retire so it’s fun to practice and make the vibes vibe 🪩

7. When people tell me “that was hard” or “that was a good one”. Great. Look what you did as the student. You pressed through and accomplished it. You went after it and killed it. Makes me sooo proud of the people the come to class.

8. I’ve grown in my own confidence and in speaking. It’s quite a transformation if I do say so myself. 😇 praise God.

9. Making new connections and friendships. Learning names. In a world where isolation seems to reign supreme, getting to connect with everyone is gold.

10. Teaching stillness. It’s so crucial to calm anxiety, assess what’s really going on in life, and to rest. It helps us not be reactionary but rather proactive. It’s a beautiful gift.

Soooo so thankful ❤️

In the Warner Robins area? Would love to see you in class Tuesdays @ 6pm and Friday @ 5am 🥰
