we made a quick trip back to “Cucina Marche”… was great dig back into our footwear archives (that is now over ten years deep) and continue building with our original team… lots of feelings, lots of thoughts…

what i realized most was how deeply i missed the process.

the true reach of intentional work often lives far beyond what we’ll ever get to witness... what we do get to experience is the relationships we build a long the way…

The Adidas Megaride AG has been one of my favorite models to wear this year.

Pulling from early 2000s performance tech and reworking it into something new was no easy task, but that’s what makes this model really cool to me. The midsole keeps the original Megaride DNA from over 20 years ago, but the way it’s been reinterpreted gives it a completely different feel on foot and visually. 
It is a unique feel on foot, something you have to try on and wear to really understand.

Check with your local shops to see if they have some you can try.

Evolving from early concept work during a design sprint in Herzo, through to factory-level development, the MEGARIDE AG revisits an iconic adidas tooling first introduced over 20 years ago. The project shifts beyond its original performance context, using the system as a base to explore new approaches to comfort and sensation.

A continuation of the Megaride lineage, reworked through a contemporary lens.

Quite enamored with this silhouette 🫰

This #AuroraCoffee colourway was just too hard (pun intended) to pass on 😮‍💨.

Seeing this on feet / foot from @kofromatatf just cemented it on my list. Dude's tempting people all the time hahaha But, jokes aside, fr just do you. If a shoe speaks to you, talk back. 😅

I might actually have a #1 spot on my SotY list already... I know it's still very early to tell, but this really has it all for me. We'll see. Haha

Such a crazy pair, it ticks all the boxes imho - looks, comfort, quality and overall wearability. Kudos @shanehenryward @drizzygotem @nathanvanhook and co.! Looking forward to more ⛽ cws.
