Resources to help the Dominican Republic 🇩🇴 which has been hit by Hurricane Fiona. Please donate and share this post to spread awareness 🙏🏾

If you can donate to the organizations which are local 🇩🇴grassroots organizations run by the people 🙏🏾 Be mindful of some large organizations which prey on such occasions to engage in disaster capitalism. Always do your research before donating.

Recursos para ayudar a la República Dominicana Por favor comparte este post 🙏🏾

Praying for everyone in Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic 🇩🇴, and other Caribbean islands impacted by Hurricane Fiona. May your family and loved ones be protected 🙏🏾 As a survivor of Hurricane Maria and with family in 🇵🇷🇩🇴 I understand the collective grief. Please make sure to protect your mental health. Be mindful with what traumatic images you consume. If you can take a break, engage in deep breathing meditations, and do something in alignment with your values 💚

With much love (con mucho amor),

Dr. J Empowers 🙏🏾❤️💙🧘🏽‍♀️
