Honeybees 🐝,

✨ This summer was a mosaic — full of lessons, laughter, healing, and moments that reminded me to savor life in all its colors.

I created🎨, I traveled 🧳, I celebrated🥳, I ran🏃🏾‍♀️‍➡️,I danced💃🏾, I taught👩🏾‍💻, I filmed🎬, I laughed😝, I cried 🥺. I honored stories that matter, like women living with disabilities. I celebrated family milestones. 🫂 I soaked up the beach 🏖️ and the sun ☀️, marveled at iguanas and pink cars, and poured into the next generation of filmmakers. 🎞️

Through every high and low, I tried to live fully — squeezing out every ounce of warmth the season offered. What I carry most is gratitude: for the people who poured into me 🌚🫶🏾, for the students who inspired me, for the lessons that stretched me 🩷and for the joy of simply being alive and present.

This wasn’t a perfect summer, but it was a beautiful one 💛. And I’m walking into fall with open hands and an open heart. 🍂✨

36 hours in NYC | Ok brace yourselves…a lot of details loading….

I landed in NYC at 7am Thursday for the @campaign_us Inspiring Women Awards where I was a Championing Change honoree, celebrated alongside an incredible group of women leaders 💕 #campaigninspiringwomen

And I got to see my bestie @kimnadiascott (who is a GOTDAMN AD-AGE DEI MARKETER OF THE YEAR nominee, give it up for her 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾) with the king himself @walton_aaron at the Advertising Hall of Fame where our souls were fed by the powerhouse inspiration that is Jeri Devard ✊🏾

(And I’m always happy to see the most beautiful woman on earth, 👑 Latifah)

Despite a two day headache from taking a red eye at this big age, I’m grateful for an overnight with my bestie since high school, the beauty of spring in NYC, some wonderful new connections.

Excuse me while I sleep for 2 days. Just kidding, I have children 🥴
