Twenty-five years later, love endures. 🤍 Today, I’m sharing a moment from the WooSox 9/11 commemoration on September 15. In loving memory of my mother, Sonia Mercedes Morales Puopolo, and all those we lost on September 11. We honor the first responders, survivors, and families forever changed. Exploring U.S.–EU Relations with Gregory Payne: commitment, the power of communication and the challenges of our time Dilluns vam tenir el plaer de comptar amb el Dr. Gregory Payne, president del Departament de Comunicació d’Emerson College de Boston a un dinar-col·loqui dedicat a les relacions entre Europa i els Estats Units, a Barcelona. El Dr. Payne va compartir reflexions sobre la influència de la comunicació en el discurs polític, les estratègies d’anàlisi comunicativa i l’impacte creixent de la intel·ligència artificial en l’actualitat, en un col·loqui que també va servir per abordar sobre la situació geopolítica internacional i els principals reptes socials i polítics. L’acte va ser inaugurat per Jordi Xuclà, president del Consell Català del Moviment Europeu, que va inspirar el diàleg. També va enriquir el diàleg Josep Maria Carbonell, president de Blanquerna. no amount of words can express how honored, humbled and grateful i feel for these last 4 years. to be surrounded by the most incredible, talented, passionate and kind people who have pushed me to grow and be better has been nothing short of a privilege. to graduate and receive such an award is a testament to the entire class - thank you for making me who i am. thank you for the gift of getting to serve, advocate for, learn, laugh and love with you all - i hope I can repay even a fraction of this love and joy across the rest of my life, and i hope we all strive to lead with empathy and resilience. now more than ever, this world needs it. i am so proud to be a lion. i love you all. thank you @emersoncollege 💜

Instagram only lets you post twenty photos at once, twenty photos can’t nearly capture the last four years, but I’ll try. There are many many more people I love not featured. It’s odd to be saying goodbye to Emerson. This funky little place has become my home over the last four years. These last four years have been the most difficult years of my life, but they’ve also been the best. I learned so much in the classroom, but the lessons I learned outside are those I’ll carry with me forever. I’ve learned what it means to be a good friend. I learned how to play (not win) pool. I’ve had countless opportunities I never thought possible. I’m beyond grateful for what Emerson has given me. Most importantly, I found community at Emerson. I made friends I will cherish forever. I wouldn’t trade my time here for the world. I’ll certainly miss it. This isn’t the last you’ll see of me @emersoncollege …
