POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Today is my 90 days post surgery PT graduation day! 🎓

I've been working closely with @drjocelynwallace and her team since my surgery in June (for endometriosis, fibroids, and a partial hysterectomy).

I'm incredibly grateful for all of their support, and cannot recommend them enough! From little texts like "wtf are my emotions doing now y'all 😆" immediately post surgery, to complete strength training support (which required quite a bit of problem solving, with my especially complex needs!).

So this is my graduation post saying:

1) go work with Jocelyn and the complete Woven team!!! 10/10 experience, worth every penny!

2) I'm still working on trying to get my dang sit ups back post surgery, but Jocelyn is putting me into the hands of @naablevyfitness (who works with complex bodies)...so I'll get there! 💪

3) I made itttttttt! 💃🏻

Women: go lift heavy shit, please & thank you!

After my ovarian torsion, I knew I didn’t want to spend months afraid to move again.

After my hysterectomy, it took me a LONG time to feel like myself and trust my body again. This time, I wanted recovery to look different.

Working with Dr. Jocelyn helped me safely rebuild strength, confidence, and trust in my body.

And it reminded me WHY building muscle before you need it matters so much.

You never know when life, illness, injury, or surgery might knock you down. Having a strong muscle base gives your body something to come back to.

This is why I’m so passionate about helping women become stronger versions of themselves.

Don’t wait until you need your strength to start building it.

Move your body. Lift the weights. Build the muscle. Your future self may need it. 💪🏼

DM me STRONGER if you’re ready to start building yours.

We will walk you step by step how to set up Claude and teach it to think like you instead of letting it think for you.

You’ll improve the quality of your programming while reducing time spent on it by 75% for new patients.

Message me JULY and I’ll send you a doc with all the details.

2 dozen clinicians from around the country are flying to FL to learn how to use AI as a force for good.

To build extensions of their clinical practice to serve patients in a way that the broken sickcare system never could.

This is an event for the aspiring leaders of healthcare to invent a new model. For the ones who refuse the status quo. And for the ones who also refuse to let AI do the thinking for them.

This one sold out within days of release. Message me SECOND BRAIN if you want to get on the waitlist for our next session.
