Not all vitamin D is created equal. Since it's fat-soluble, a dry capsule without the right delivery system may not absorb well. Formulation matters as much as dose.

We use liquid formulations built with quality fats to help support proper absorption at the cellular level. Curious where your levels actually stand?

Comment "CR8" below and our team will reach out to get you tested.

🤕 We’ve been sold a massive lie about chronic care. You are not broken, and your diagnosis is not a life sentence.

In just 8 months, by addressing the root cause, upgrading nutrients, overhauling the diet, and getting proper structural alignment, the pain, the fatigue, the hot flashes, chills and the brain fog were completely wiped out.

The conventional medical system is designed for acute trauma, not chronic vitality. It’s time to stop outsourcing your health and take control of your own biology.

⚡ Ready to stop surviving and start thriving? Head to www.drjfields.com and grab my free 'The 5-Step Biohacking Protocol to Reverse Pain, Fatigue & Hormonal Chaos (When Nothing Else Has Worked)'.

🚨 Emergency medicine saves lives. But when it comes to chronic illness? The conventional model leaves millions stranded.

If you break a bone or get into an accident, acute hospital care is unmatched. But when symptoms turn into chronic fatigue, digestive distress, autoimmunity, or systemic inflammation, modern medicine often stops at symptom suppression, handing out prescriptions designed for short-term relief as permanent life sentences.

True vitality isn’t built on suppressing the alarm system. It’s built on identifying why the alarm went off in the first place.

Comment HEALTH below and we’ll send you our 5-Step Biohacking Protocol to help uncover the root drivers behind fatigue, pain, and systemic imbalance.

Not all supplements are created equal, and most aren't even doing what you think. 💊

Dr. Jonathan Fields explains why CR8 Health only uses pharmaceutical-grade formulations, not the filler-packed versions on drugstore shelves.

Have you ever wondered what's actually IN your supplements?

You can take every supplement in the book, but if your body's stuck in fight-or-flight, it won't fully heal. 🧘

Dr. Fields shares how his years of training in breathwork shaped a program designed to help patients shift out of chronic stress mode.

👊🏾💥 This September marks 22 years since @drjonathanmfields took up training @lostlegacysystems under the guidance of Shidosi LeGrand @phoenixrises360

The brutal conditioning, discipline, endless challenges, and can do attitude required to survive and teach there forever reshaped his personality and drive.

☯️ Shortly thereafter, he would meet Dr @drqilove and begin his training at Blue Dragon Qi Gong Academy.
This introduction to the healing arts and traditional Chinese medicine eventually engulfed his whole life and became a career.

⚕️Everyone needs a Yin to their Yang. Recovery and balance is just as important as training hard..

🙏🏽 I was lucky to have brilliant mentors.

👍 If you'd like to learn more about Qi Gong and how you can heal your body, mind and spirit in just a few minutes a day, comment or DM Qi

🎓 While I'm proud of all my degrees and certifications, looking at this in the clinic daily reminds me to stay humble.

🙌🏽 Because all the knowledge in the world is useless, if I can't use it to help people or communicate effectively with our patients at:
