POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Two days later, my heart is still full from the Professional Speakers Association of NZ - PSANZ Trailblazers Convention.

Catching up with friends, making new ones, winning an award, doing my keynote in front of my peers, watching the All Blacks kick butt at Eden Park, and soaking up more wisdom and learning than I could ever hope for.

I don't feel like I can even capture everything that made this so special, but I want to give a HUGE shout out to the incredible organising team @julienottagespeaker @davegreenberg.speaker @laurenparsonsnz @eliaskanaris @patriziaschwartz and everyone else who helped, spoke, and came along.

Love this community more than I can possibly say – you're all gems of human beings and I would not be making a business out of this if it weren't for all your encouragement, support, and love.

You know the feeling right?
You’ve got fine hair.
You suffer from hair loss.
Fine hair girl AND hair-loss specialist here
You’re invited to a show. You wanna go - but you know you’re going to have to pull the veritable rabbit out of a hat and perform a hair miracle to get it looking like something acceptable... just in case someone snaps a photo and you’re in the background wishing your hair had shown up with the same energy you did.
Here’s the products and process I use to get proper va-va-voom in my hair - the kind where you’d never guess it was the size of a 4-year-old ponytail half an hour earlier.
And honestly? That confidence shift... that’s the real magic ✨

PS: the show you want to see if you like your humour dry is #coping by @drjoprendergastcomedy in lyttleton on feb 28th
Fun Fact: i’ve always wanted to do stand up comedy

This is comedy barbie.
Otherwise known as @drjoprendergastcomedy
We’ve just had the pleasure of seeing her new work in progress #coping
Really cool to see the comedy process in action. And i’ve gotta say i love the @the__comedy__club__ venue. What i’d expect a grass roots comedy club to he like but with nice toilets. ( win for the middle aged lady)
The crowd was good, and the comedy dry like i like it, but what i didn’t expect was to so clearly see the journey and feel the vulnerability . I feel like i’d suddenly seen this past that i’ve known for several years now , for the first time.
I felt quite humbled by the experience.
Comedy is tough, and Jo does it effortlessly.
If you want a good night out you can see the polished version in lyttleton on Feb 28th

Here’s the poster for @drjoprendergastcomedy new tour about the multiple roles in life and juggling the unrealistic and contradictory expectations and everything else that might at any moment all come crashing down.

Had so much fun working on this with Jo and Chris!
